My counseling approach involves genuineness, fostering self-compassion and instilling empowerment for those I work with.

Everyone deserves peace in their lives but often times experience fear and self-doubt from difficult experiences or perhaps invalidating environments. I have had the dream of becoming a therapist since I was in high school, and I am grateful to be living that dream. Treating eating disorders, disordered eating, and body image concerns is a population I thoroughly enjoy working with. In addition to that population, I have extensive experience in working with trauma survivors, self-harm behaviors, anxiety, and depression. I am HAES informed and LGBTQ+ affirming; and work to make all feel comfortable and welcome.
