I’m Dean Graby, LSCSW—a therapist, a dad, and someone who knows firsthand what it’s like to navigate trauma, anxiety, and emotional chaos. I work with individuals struggling with complex PTSD, PTSD, panic, and emotional dysregulation, and I bring both clinical expertise and lived experience into the therapy room. I offer grounded, real-world support—no judgment, no pedestals, and definitely no stuffy therapy vibes. My style is direct but compassionate, supportive but honest. I don’t just sit back and nod—I walk beside you, challenge you when needed, and help you find your way forward. Sessions with me feel human, not clinical. We might laugh, we’ll definitely get real, and you’ll always be met exactly where you are. I offer both in-person and virtual therapy from 7am to 3pm so that you can prioritize your mental health without sacrificing the rest of your life.
