I work with adults and couples who are looking for ease in depression and anxiety symptoms, recovery from short term traumatic events and developmental trauma, and identity exploration. I am passionate about supporting self- and professionally-diagnosed Autistic and broadly-defined neurodivergent adults with a neurodivergent-affirming lens. Some books that inform my approach: Pleasure Activism by adrienne marie brown, Breaking the Cycle by Dr Mariel Buque, Neuroqueer Heresies by Nick Walker, Decolonizing Therapy by Jennifer Mullan PsyD and more! Finding a therapist that is the right fit for you can be difficult! I do my best to create a space that is accepting and uplifting of all parts of you and your experiences. I believe a neurodivergent-affirming, trauma-informed approach is helpful regardless of whether you identify as neurodivergent or not. I have current openings for clients with Quartz, The Alliance, Quartz Medicaid, Medicaid without HMO, and self-pay clients with a sliding scale from $125-225 for ongoing individual, couples, group counseling, and letters for gender affirming care. I have completed EMDR training and accept clients for adjunct EMDR (where you keep your existing clinician and add me to your care team) or to be your primary therapist where we do EMDR alongside other work.
