Ready for something a little different? Give nature informed therapy a try! Walk and talk sessions, outdoor therapy in parks available. Lets get started!

Hi! If you're here, you are likely looking for a change and therapy is a great start. Nature informed training may be right for you if you love being outside, want to cultivate a relationship with nature and recognize the healing benefits that our earth provides. I utilize standard therapy practices and integrate nature based therapy interventions which can include anything from sit-spot practice, guided outdoor mindfulness exercises to experiential approaches that improve distress tolerance. Interventions are based on your individual needs and take into consideration the comfort level of each individual has with nature. Reach out to me via email to schedule a 15 minute consultation (free) or, if you're ready to just dive in, a clinical assessment. I look forward to hearing from you soon!
