Helping to better manage anxiety, depression, stressful life transitions, uncertainty and loss to make desired changes and live a more meaningful life.

With compassion and caring, I have practiced psychology in Kansas since 1998. I have expertise providing research based treatments effective for a wide range of problems to adults, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Therapy builds upon individual strengths and is individually tailored to help make desired changes in order to live a more meaningful life.
