I believe one of the most valuable experiences someone can have in their life is to be truly heard. You may find me well-suited to helping you as I'm calm, empathic and nonjudgmental -- people have told me. I treat clients who struggle with anxiety, depression and relationship problems among other difficulties. In the past few years, my skills and knowledge have been deepened in particular by discovering that our connection to others is a survival need--and a key source of difficulties. But connection can be an essential source of healing and growth. I've been a psychiatric RN for over 30 years...I could be making way more income, but counseling is what I love to do.
