I have worked in a variety of settings in my career including inpatient treatment, with survivors of sexual assault, as well as outpatient and school-based counseling. I am an Emotionally Focused Therapist specializing in working with clients to untangle and better understand how their pasts have shaped their present. While I primarily work with couples and families I enjoy working with individual clients seeking help with anxiety, depression, life changes, and relationship issues.
