My practice specializes in trauma, addiction, and intimacy issues for individuals and couples.

Hello and welcome! I have been practicing for over a decade in a range of treatment settings from intensive inpatient hospitals to my current private practice. I enjoy working with adults in a trauma- informed capacity through relationship concerns, addictions, and intimacy/sexuality issues. I approach treatment from a strengths and attachment perspective, drawing heavily from humanistic and existential theories using evidenced-based strategies. I believe in having a collaborative relationship with clients to set goals and meet your individual needs. Peoples of all backgrounds and identifies are welcome in this practice, as I pride myself on being LGBTQIA+ allied, gender- affirming, sex positive, and social-justice informed. Please do not hesitate to reach out and see if we are a good fit.
