(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
I provide a welcoming, non-judgmental space where you can be your authentic self and explore any challenges you may be facing.
If you are struggling with any of these issues, I would love to help–Anxiety, depression, cultural identity, first-generation issues (related to college or immigration), parenting, family of origin issues, childhood trauma, forming healthy relationships, and navigating life transitions including the indecision, overwhelm, and anxiety that can surface. Support will be tailored to empower you to make changes specific to your needs and goals. I will help highlight inherent strengths that can support you in navigating difficulties and fostering growth both within yourself and in your relationships with others. I am a strengths-based, client-centered therapist. My practice is informed by my experiences and identity. I am the daughter of an immigrant, active in the LGBTQ+ community, and identify as Latina and multiracial. I offer services in both English & Spanish.
