I believe healing begins the moment we stop asking with criticism, 'What's wrong with me?' and start asking with curiosity, 'What did I experience?'

I often work with those navigating anxiety, past trauma, relationship/attachment challenges, low self-esteem, grief, and life transitions. My approach is gentle and connecting, blending creative expression, body-based, attachment, and practical tools. I’m certified in Expressive Art Therapy and incorporate sensorimotor-based therapy, parts work, attachment therapy, DBT, and ACT for holistic care. Therapy with me always starts with buildings trust and safety first. I understand that reaching out for help can feel like a huge step, and it’s normal to feel uncertain or overwhelmed. Whatever you are holding, I want you to know that you don’t have to do it alone. It’s okay to need support. I'm looking forward to connecting with you!
