I would like to support you through the challenges of life, and nothing is ever too big or too small to be handled in a safe environment.

I have a strong passion for working with many populations, but particularly those with trauma, OCD, autism, ADHD, anxiety, depression, suicide ideation/self-harm, queer individuals, and religious trauma. I believe that everyone is an expert in themselves and their experience, but sometimes it can be helpful to have a compassionate guide to help explore those experiences, uncover patterns, and navigate challenges with a fresh perspective and support.
