Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC)
I help adults (18+) heal from trauma, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, chronic stress, chronic illness, and emotional overwhelm.
Hello, and welcome! I’m glad you’re here. One of the things I enjoy most about being a therapist is getting to know each unique person. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in the understanding that many emotional, behavioral, and relational struggles make sense when viewed through the lens of the nervous system and lived experiences. I strive to create a space where clients feel empowered rather than “fixed.” I value authenticity, curiosity, and tailoring therapy to each individual’s unique needs and goals. Whether we are processing trauma, navigating anxiety, strengthening relationships, or working through life transitions, my hope is that clients leave each session with a deeper understanding of themselves and a greater sense of hope. Rather than asking, “What’s wrong with you?” I find it more helpful to ask, “What happened to you, and how has your nervous system learned to adapt?” I enjoy helping clients better understand themselves, recognize patterns that once served a purpose, and develop new ways of responding that create greater flexibility, resilience, and connection.
