Daniela White

Dr. Daniela White is a double board-certified psychiatrist in Houston, Texas, specializing in general psychiatry as well as child and adolescent psychiatry. Her clinical practice focuses on treating ADHD, anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder in children, adolescents, and adults. After completing her general psychiatry residency at Baylor College of Medicine, she pursued a fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry to further her expertise in developmental mental health. Dr. White also received specialized training in psychodynamic therapy at the Center for Psychoanalytic Studies, formerly known as the Houston-Galveston Psychoanalytic Institute, and she integrates these therapeutic elements into her treatment plans. Her approach to care combines traditional pharmacotherapy with evidence-based complementary alternative therapies, such as supplement augmentation, light therapy, exercise, and neuromodulation through Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation. Beyond her clinical work, she is a firm believer that physical activity is essential for a healthy mind and overall well-being, a philosophy she advocates for with her patients.
