I’m not interested in surface-level therapy, and I definitely won’t give you the “blank stare and clipboard” experience in our sessions. I offer therapy in both English and Spanish and work with people ages 10 and up. That might look like a rambunctious kid with big feelings, a teen who feels misunderstood or rejected, adults trying to figure out how to “do life,” or elders navigating relationships with their now-grown children who suddenly have kids of their own. I provide individual, couples, and family therapy—assuming you can convince your eccentric family members to join you. I especially love the complexity, humor, and humanity that come with supporting neurodivergent, 2SLGBTQ+, BIPOC, and chronically ill communities—because let’s be honest, life is rarely neat and uncomplicated. Outside the therapy room, I’m usually hiking, horseback riding, cooking with my spouse, playing guitar, or passionately overcommitting myself to causes I care about.
