Dedicated & compassionate counselor who believes everyone has the capacity to achieve their goals & create meaningful change in their lives.

I am a dedicated compassionate counselor who believes everyone has the capacity to achieve goals and get what they want in their life. I have devoted over 25 years of my life to helping others find themselves and the dreams they strive for. I believe overall wellness is a difficult balance to achieve, but with help from others that care, we can all get to a place that allows us to be who we are. I understand the pressures and nuances associated with the Duke culture and have assisted countless students and employees in navigating life there. Initial phone consult can be done within 24-48 hours. First appointment within one week is an option. Among other insurances listed in this profile, I take Duke Student BCBS Insurance.
