// Immediate Availability // Feeling stuck? Struggling with relationships? We will work together to gain relief and freedom from what is troubling you.
Feeling stuck? Need help with relationships? Longing for a sense of clarity, freedom, and meaning? It is an honor for me to come alongside you to help you live a more centered life that improves your mood, relationships, and career. By assessing what brought you in to therapy, implementing a plan of action, and sending you back into the world, you will be ready to live a more full life. I work with children (ages 6+), individuals, couples, and families. I particularly enjoy helping teenage and adult men become more positive influences on those around them. I use a combination of brief and thought-based therapy (CBT and SFBT) along with EMDR. I can integrate faith, the Bible, and spirituality into the counseling process as desired. We will work together to gain relief and freedom from what is troubling you. My aim and desire is to see you experience lasting change with a renewed mind, healed heart, and greater outlook on life.
