My goal is to create a safe, warm, open (and sometimes humorous) environment where relational support through challenging times will be provided. While drawn toward Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I have piqued interests with integrating Mindfulness/Positive Psychology tenets along with discovering psychodynamic processes. I am honored to hold the privilege to serve others. Through forming authentic connections, my hope is to collaboratively discover insights into thoughts, feelings, motivations, and actions that will collectively foster happiness and well-being.
