I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 20+ years of experience helping individuals navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, and grief/loss.

I am an LPC with 20+ years of experience helping individuals navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress, addiction, trauma, grief, and relationship issues. In our work together, we'll take a collaborative approach, utilizing evidence-based treatments to address your concerns effectively. I have extensive experience working with adults of all ages and college students. I have specialized training in motivational interviewing methods, focusing on helping individuals who desire to change unwanted behaviors. Additionally, I am extensively trained in the treatment of trauma, holding certification as an EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapist. We will explore how the roots of your concerns are influencing the present. As a therapist dedicated to inclusivity, I strive to create a supportive space for marginalized individuals. If you're interested in treatment and would like to learn more about my practice, please feel free to reach out to schedule a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation.
