Im Dr. Danae Thomas, DNP, PMHNP-BC, a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner and University of Miami alumna. I work with adults who are feeling overwhelmed, burned out, anxious, depressed, or stuck in life transitions and who want care that feels thoughtful, collaborative, and personalized. My approach to treatment is integrative and patient-centered. I take the time to understand the full picture mental health symptoms, lifestyle, stressors, sleep, and physical health so treatment is never one-size-fits-all. Care may include therapy, medication when appropriate, and holistic strategies that support long-term healing rather than quick fixes. Empyreal Minds is a solo practice, which means your care is always provided directly by me. I offer a calm, supportive space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to actively participate in their treatment.
