Dana Krumholz

Dana Krumholz is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Addictions Counselor who has been providing clinical services in Northern Colorado since 2011. A graduate of the University of Northern Colorado with a degree in Clinical Counseling, Dana specializes in helping individuals navigate a broad range of life challenges, from healing from past trauma and managing stress to supporting those on a journey toward sobriety. Her clinical practice is informed by evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Relapse Prevention, and Motivational Interviewing. By integrating these therapeutic techniques, Dana assists patients in Greeley and across the region in addressing concerns such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and psychosis. She also offers specialized support for women's issues, gender identity, and midlife transitions. Her approach is centered on witnessing and supporting the growth of her clients as they work toward a healthier and more whole life. Outside of her professional work, Dana is an avid runner and hiker who has called Northern Colorado home since 2008.
