Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Hi there! 👋🏼 Looking for some support with the tough spots in life where you feel stuck? Need to feel safe, respected, and welcomed? C'mon on in!
Sometimes in Life, despite our best efforts, we can end up at a point feeling stuck, confused, or overwhelmed. I see my role as an ‘emotional tour guide’ of sorts, and our work together may help sort through and navigate where Life has brought you. My time as a Human/Therapist has allowed me to meet & work with a kaleidoscope of all different kinds of people; such a gift! My ‘style’ is enthusiastic, warm, and validating, with a combo of evidence-based practices and authentic human connection. I have experience working with issues like self-esteem, anxiety, identity, ADHD, ASD, trauma, & healthy boundaries. We all deserve to feel welcome & worthy of quality care, so it's important for me to be affirming and supportive of LGBTQIA+, Neurodivergent, & Marginalized folks. [Disclaimer] * Rude News: There’s just no quick, “follow these 5 steps” magical fix for complex issues (I promise I’ve checked!). * Good News: Having the support to help you learn to venture into the inner realms of your own heart and mind can be wildly healing and empowering. If you're ready & think we'd be a good fit, please reach out! Either way, all the best to you in finding what your heart needs most!
