My therapeutic approach is rooted in genuine connection and unconditional positive regard. As I model what this can look like for you, you can begin to shed the negative patterns the world has taught you and move toward embracing your authentic self. You are the expert on you—my role is to come alongside you in your journey, helping guide you as you learn practical skills, challenge limiting beliefs, and open yourself to a life with more positive and joyful experiences. I have experience supporting clients navigating challenges such as adjusting to an adult diagnosis of autism or ADHD, and working through complex trauma, including family-of-origin dynamics and estrangement between children, parents, and siblings. I am especially passionate about working with those who engage in alternative spiritual practices in a safe and accepting space, as well as helping clients process religious trauma and build self-acceptance. I have also spent many years supporting the medical community and can help those coping with chronic pain and distressing medical diagnoses—including cancer, hematologic conditions, and autoimmune disorders—as well as healthcare professionals navigating the demands of a strained healthcare system. Whether you are experiencing grief, isolation, depression, anxiety, or another difficult emotional state, let’s walk through it together and find more stable ground on the other side.
