I am an experience athletic clinical provider who approaches the work from an ecological perspective, meaning undertanding your struggles with the current context of your life as well as historically has transpired that perhaps is relevant today. I work from a perspective of current obstacles that are interferring with performance and/or mood, relationships whatever it is that you need help with. A combination of understanding what might be underlying concerns combined with here and now approaches to your sport are my trademarks. My approach is professional and yet conversational. Being comfortable, visible and well understood are essential parts of recovery. I am entirely open to supporting individuals regardless of background, gender, race and/or identity. I am currently living in Chicago having spent most of my life in the state of Oregon. Im an avid outdoors person, long time runner.
