Cynde Perry

With over 30 years of experience, Cynde Perry is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in San Diego, California. She holds a Master's in Social Work and a Master's in Leadership of Healthcare Organizations from UCSD, a combination that allows her to offer specialized support for individuals navigating workplace issues and management challenges. Her clinical background includes extensive work within the foster care system, where she has dedicated herself to providing therapy for those who have experienced childhood and family trauma. Cynde’s primary treatment approach is rooted in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and she also incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and parenting skills into her practice. She serves a wide range of populations, including young adults, adults, and seniors. Cynde treats a variety of conditions, such as alcohol and drug use issues, anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, gender identity, grief, hoarding, and PTSD. She also supports patients through midlife and later life transitions, as well as those managing medical conditions through health psychology.
