I take pride in empowering individuals to take control of their lives and create the tools needed to survive and thrive.

How do you get a space between you and your thoughts? I have always believed that peace is an internal characteristic that allows us to sit in silence with our innermost thoughts and feelings. Learning these skills can seem like a foreign concept and be a huge step, but we often find that silence holds the most answers through therapeutic work. As a LCSW and clinical addictions specialist, my experience includes but is not limited to working with individuals 13 and up with co-occurring disorders, those navigating life transitions, anxiety, depression, and self-esteem issues. I utilize a wide range of modalities including, Cognitive Behavioral, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Dialectical and Trauma informed approaches among other psychodynamic and behavioral therapies that can assist in alleviating internal and external stressors. I work to create integrated treatment goals to address mental health from a holistic standpoint. I hope that you believe that peace can belong to you. I am excited to partner with you and start this exciting journey!
