Specializing in women’s mental health, anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, and perinatal care with a whole-person, compassionate approach.

I’m an ANCC board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with 16 years of experience. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, panic disorders, substance use, eating disorders, and sleep issues, with a particular focus on women’s mental health. I’ve completed specialized training in postpartum mood and anxiety disorders, supporting clients through family planning, fertility challenges, perinatal mental health, and the postpartum period. I strive to create a safe, affirming space for every individual, respecting the intersection of gender identity, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, culture, and values. I align with body neutrality and Health At Every Size (HAES) principles, helping clients find peace with body image, food, and movement. Whether you’re navigating parenthood, recovering from disordered eating, or managing complex emotions, I am here to support your journey toward balance, self-compassion, and growth. Through a warm, empathetic, and collaborative approach, I focus on treating the whole person while fostering a trusting relationship. Together, we’ll explore your goals and values, creating a path to healing and fulfillment.
