I am a Clinical Social Worker and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner. I provide a different approach to therapy as I believe each person is unique.

Are you curious about therapy? It is probably more enjoyable than you think it will be! Sometimes we all need to see things in a different way to move forward. If you are struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationships or are just looking for someone to talk things through with, finding a good therapist who will listen can bring about positive changes in your overall well being. My approach to therapy is personalized to your needs and wants. I believe small changes provide sustainable results. I am a Clinical Social Worker and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner. I provide a different approach to therapy as I believe each person is unique and therefore how you benefit from therapy should be too. Life can present challenges that feel overwhelming, and it's okay to talk to someone, I'm here to listen and support you in a safe, compassionate space. Together, we can explore your feelings and work towards healing and growth. Therapy is a safe and confidential place to have a conversation, learn things about yourself and heal.
