I am a licensed clinical social worker with 20 years in the field with experience treating a wide range of psychological issues.
I have experience working with people of all ages including college students . I enjoy helping those who are experiencing anxiety, depression, and trauma. Additionally, I have enjoyed working with people experiencing the more severe symptoms of mental health so that they may live a more stable and fulfilling life. I am located in Boone NC but can offer Telehealth services to those in need anywhere in North Carolina. Using traditional evidence based psychotherapy as well as specific treatment methodology (i.e. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy , Cognitive Processing, etc.) in a safe therapeutic environment your goals can be turned into success. Our office can also offer Psychological / Academic Evaluations to meet a wide range of needs. We will work together overcoming barriers, while capitalizing upon your strengths and commitment as we achieve your goals.
