Craig is EMDR trained and uses a parts-work (IFS) approach with a focus on mindfulness and the somatic awareness.

I treasure a core belief that human beings are inherently wise, compassionate, and whole. Then life happens and people begin to lose access to their inner resourcefulness. My work is rooted in connection, authenticity, and empathy. I believe change and healing occur both experientially and relationally. By using compassion, honesty, and humor, I collaborate with clients to create a supportive and non-judgmental environment for self-exploration and growth. My approach to therapy is informed by mindfulness (Hakomi), somatic awareness, and internal parts work. I'm also an in-training EMDR practitioner. Together we'll explore past hurts and current struggles while accessing wisdom to navigate the path ahead. Whatever you may be dealing with, our work will aim to develop an embodied self that holds both your strengths and vulnerabilities.
