Reaching out for help can be difficult, but seeking the support of a counselor can lead to measurable positive change, meaning, and balance in your life.

**During the pandemic, I am seeing clients remotely using secure online video sessions or telehealth with the hope of transitioning back to face-to-face visits once it is a safe option.** Reaching out for help can be difficult, but seeking the support of a counselor can lead to measurable positive change, meaning, and balance in your life. My style is warm, non-judgmental, and affirming. I leave space for you to safely explore issues of concern as well as aspirations. I have experience working with individuals from all walks of life and work collaboratively with clients to help them achieve their goals. Whether you are seeking support with hard to change behaviors, a life transition, or emotional connection, deciding to enlist professional help can be a brave first step towards healing. My areas of experience include relationships, dating, premarital and marriage counseling, as well as issues surrounding communication, sex, fertility, pregnancy/child-loss, and parenting. I have a background working with survivors of domestic violence, helping individuals overcome addictions, men's issues, career/life transitions, working with individuals experiencing depression/anxiety. Where appropriate, I incorporate humor to provide levity regarding the stresses of daily life. I have been dedicated to the mental health field for the past 14+ years and use my experiences to inform my work. I am LGBTQIA affirming and incorporate an awareness of oppression and social justice.
