(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
I specialize in working with athletes with disordered eating and/or body image concerns. I welcome all identities and experiences into my practice.
I have been practicing since 2018 in a range of settings from community mental health, forensic jails/prisons, college counseling centers, NCAA D1 athletic departments to my current private practice. I take a holistic, nuanced approach to client work. This means I focus on the unique experiences, identities, and systems that have led a client to therapy and how these factors have impacted the development and sustainment of current stressors. We will take a collaborative approach to address not only the specific symptoms or experiences bringing you to therapy, but also the deeper rooted, more nuanced experiences that underlie your life. I place high value on helping my clients remain successful not only in their sport, career, or next life transition, but to also be healthy, fulfilled, and authentic in their pursuit of these goals.
