Individuals of all identities and backgrounds are welcome! I try to collaborate with each client to establish goals and utilize evidenced based therapeutic approaches (including cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness and interpersonal therapy) to meet each clients needs with infusions of insight and humor. I have over 20 years of experience as a counseling psychologist with specific specialization in eating disorders and body image.
