"You are perfect as you are, and you've got to change." I know therapy and you know yourself; I'm honored to connect with you throughout the process.

Hi, I’m Corinne Sundell, LMFT, and I welcome children, teens, adults and couples in person in Saint Paul, Minnesota and online statewide. I offer therapy that supports personal growth through attachment-based approaches and Mindfulness (MBSR); experiential methods like Somatic Therapy, Play Therapy and relational psychotherapy. As an LGBTQIA+ ally, I specialize in working with clients exploring identity, navigating burnout, managing social anxiety or perfectionism, depression and seeking healthier relationships overall. My practice embraces accessibility, including service animals on site, elevators and accessible parking. I’m in-network with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Medica Health Plans, UCare, UHC and Cigna in Minnesota. I'm currently in final stages of Optum insurance and am continuing to work on contracts with Health Partners. I strive to hold a gentle, trusting space where you can rediscover who you’re meant to be and feel supported in stepping toward meaningful change."
