“I wish I could show you when you are lonely or in darkness the astonishing light of your own being" --Hafiz (sufi poet)
Are you seeking a NEW LIFE PATH, something CALLING YOU, but don’t know where to start? Perhaps you’ve gotten started but find yourself stuck, overwhelmed or disenchanted by the whole process; feeling perched on the EDGE OF CHANGE, but uncertain of WHAT COMES NEXT. Commonly labeled anxiety or depression, these feelings of DEEP yearning for TRUE CONNECTION can be a ’dark night of the soul,’ or simply part of your unique path in this world. Moving through these spaces is MY SPECIALTY AND MY JOY. If you identify as highly sensitive, weird, wonderful or woo, YOU'RE IN THE RIGHT PLACE. Hi, I’m Corinne Sundell, LMFT, and I welcome children, teens, adults and couples in person in Saint Paul, Minnesota and online statewide. I offer therapy that supports personal growth through attachment-based approaches and Mindfulness (MBSR); experiential methods like Somatic Therapy, Play Therapy and relational psychotherapy. As an LGBTQIA+ ally, I specialize in working with clients exploring identity, navigating burnout, managing social anxiety or perfectionism, depression and seeking healthier relationships overall. I support non-traditional family arrangements as well as personal perspectives exploring woo, weird and unconventional. Personally working with wisdom traditions for my own growth, I've come to understand there are so many more perspectives in our world than conventional approaches would teach. Accepting of your unique view, you can expect to have conversations with me about your inner child, about energy impacting each of us every day and how inherited beliefs not only impact our bodies today, but how we may be carrying old wounds in need of healing. I’m in-network with Health Partners, Aetna, Optum, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Medica Health Plans, UCare, and UHC in Minnesota. My practice embraces accessibility, including service animals on site, elevators and accessible parking. I strive to hold a gentle, trusting space where you can rediscover who you’re meant to be and feel supported in stepping toward meaningful change.
