My love for psychology grew out of my experiences as an athlete. My passion for sport stemmed from my desire to understand the complex psychological processes involved in competition, motivation, and elite performance in all areas of life.I operate from a psychodynamic and relational framework, focused on understanding how past experiences and relationships impact current functioning.With personal and professional experience working with high school, club, intercollegiate, and professional athletes, it is my passion to help individuals and teams reach their peak potential.In my spare time, I love spending time with my family, reading, crochet, and cooking. :)
