I’m a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), and National Certified Counselor (NCC) with 6 years of experience helping adults and young adults navigate life’s hardest moments. I offer online therapy in Arizona and Utah, and in-person sessions in Scottsdale, AZ. My specialties include anxiety, trauma, PTSD, and postpartum depression, and I use evidence-based approaches such as EMDR therapy to support healing and real change.
