I look forward to meeting you. I promote a gentle, warm, and compassionate environment with some humor to provide a safe and calm place for healing. I do what I do because you are resilient and getting help shows that resiliency. I provide a caring, nonjudgmental, and empathetic space for people to heal from trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship problems, perinatal mood disorders, and athlete performance issues. My specialty is trauma and I am trained in π™€π™ˆπ˜Ώπ™, which is a great modality not only for trauma but other struggles as well. If you feel stuck, I can help.
