Colleen Oliver
(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC)
I believe in examining the experiences & systems that shape us - things like family & beliefs we have about ourselves & the world.
I’m here to help people transition from a state of exhaustion, stress and survival, to feeling more present, understood and alive. My specialties include college-aged students, folks struggling with anxiety, identity, depression, LGBTQIA+, neurodiversity, career. I strive to create a warm, compassionate and safe space for all identities. I believe in taking time to build a relationship based on trust, understanding and connectedness. I utilize ACT techniques, IFS parts work, mindfulness & a person-centered approach.
