I focus on each person’s individual strengths and needs through a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy to help my clients identify and challenge negative thoughts and beliefs, develop coping skills, and achieve their goals. I specialize in working with children, teens, and young adults.
