Colleen is passionate about collaborating with individuals who may find themselves struggling with self-worth and larger questions about finding a unique purpose and path in life. She feels especially connected to the unique female experience, navigating more fluidly through work, life and relationships ships. Colleen is a License Master Social Worker in the State of Michigan. She has worked with diverse populations through her formal education at Wayne State University and worked in the school setting for several years. Colleen is passionate about fashion, design elements, and arts. She celebrates the blending of diverse style elements to create a truly unique style. Colleen has worked with individuals and families from Pre-K to adolescents. Colleen is passionate about the unique female perspectives and navigating the evolving social climate. She has experience working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, stress/anger management, trauma and adjustment. Why did I become a therapist? I’ve become a therapist with the hopes and intention to help clients cultivate and foster more positive and fulfilling interactions in their daily lives. I am an advocate for mental health awareness and having more inclusive conversations, in hopes to create a more informed and empathic perspective. I share a strong sense of connection and relating through shared human experiences. I try to find beauty in all things around me.
