People struggling with eating disorders, trauma, anxiety and depression deserve specialized care from a seasoned therapist. Over the last 15 years my practice has been dedicated to helping people with these struggles to feel less alone, more understood and motivated to make real and lasting change in their lives. My practice style is focused and engaged. If you are showing up for 60 minutes of therapy, I'll be right there with you, actively present in each one of them. Together, we will create a team with the sole purpose of reducing your struggles and meeting your goals
