Being a college student involves navigating many transitions and challenges. With over six years of experience working with students, I’m here to help.

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor-Supervisor with a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling – College Counseling, earned from Youngstown State University in 2016. My clinical experience includes providing individual and group therapy, as well as psychoeducational workshops, at institutions such as Salisbury University, The Ohio State University, and Kent State University. I also bring several years of experience as a teacher and coach. I specialize in supporting individuals experiencing adjustment challenges, anxiety, depression, trauma, family-of-origin concerns, relationship issues, and substance use disorders. I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, along with other evidence-based approaches, to work collaboratively with clients in setting meaningful goals that promote healing and personal growth.
