Being a college student comes with numerous transitions and challenges. With over 6 years of experience working with students, I am here to support you.

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor-Supervisor with a Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling - College Counseling from Youngstown State University, earned in 2016. My clinical experience includes positions at Salisbury University, The Ohio State University, and Kent State University, where I have provided psychoeducational workshops, individual therapy, and group therapy. Additionally, I bring several years of experience as a teacher and coach. I specialize in treating adjustment concerns, anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, family of origin issues, relationship difficulties, and substance use disorders. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy along with other proven therapeutic approaches to work collaboratively with clients in setting goals that promote healing and growth.
