I specialize in eating disorders, anxiety, depression, and trauma. HAES® aligned, trauma-informed, & create a safe and inclusive space for everyone.

Hey! First, let's make this more cordial, I go by Gabby :) I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Certified Eating Disorders Specialist. I specialize in the treatment of eating disorders, trauma, depressive disorders, and anxiety disorders. Since 2014 I have worked with clients in their most vulnerable stages of their eating disorder treatment process while in eating disorder higher level of care treatment settings. I have worked in inpatient hospitalization, partial hospitalization programs, and intensive outpatient programs. On top of my extensive eating disorder experience, I have worked in inpatient settings for general mental health, sexual assault hotlines, and was the Board President of the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. My main therapeutic modalities consist of CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), DBT (dialectical behavioral therapy), ERP (exposure and response prevention therapy), and somatic trauma interventions. I use a trauma-informed, fat-positive, and Health at Every Size® lens. With that being said, above all else, I believe the most important aspect of therapy is the therapeutic relationship.
