Hello and welcome. I offer psychotherapy for a range of mental health needs including depression, anxiety and the emotional impact of chronic illness.

I am glad you are here and I look forward to meeting you. My psychology practice is dedicated to helping people like you find relief from the weight of anxiety, the burden of depression and the lingering effects of past trauma. I offer a safe and non-judgmental space where we can work together to understand your experiences and develop practical strategies for healing and growth. I understand that college is a time of immense transition, pressure and self-discovery. It's common to feel overwhelmed, isolated or stuck. Whether you are struggling with academic stress, social relationships or deeper personal concerns, you don't have to face it alone. My therapeutic approach is warm, collaborative and client-centered. My practice is integrative, which means that I draw upon several well established therapeutic models. Together we will find the strategies that resonate most with you and effectively support your journey towards healing. A significant part of my work is focused on supporting people who are navigating the complex intersection of mental and physical health. If you are living with a chronic illness (such as diabetes, autoimmune disorders, gastrointestinal disorders, persistent pain or fatigue) you know firsthand how it can impact your emotional wellbeing, academic focus and social life. As a Certified Diabetes care and Education Specialist (CDCES), I offer unique support for students managing diabetes. This dual expertise allows me to help you not only with the emotional toll of a demanding medical condition, but also with the practical day to day challenges of coping with the anxiety and stress that can accompany blood sugar fluctuations.
