Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSWA)
I provide warm, compassionate spaces for those struggling with grief, identity-loss, relationship issues, burnout, & chronic illness. Healing is holistic.
I’m looking forward to meeting you and getting to know your story! Therapy doesn’t have to feel intimidating or overly formal. I want you to feel comfortable to come as you are, talk about what’s going on in your life, and we’ll walk together side by side from there. My hope is that you leave therapy feeling more grounded, understood, and connected to yourself. Clients of all backgrounds and identities are welcome in my practice. I enjoy working with young adults as they navigate the many transitions, relationships, and challenges that come with this stage of life. I'm passionate about supporting clients experiencing anxiety, grief & loss, trauma, self-esteem concerns, relationship challenges, life transitions, and chronic health issues. My approach is warm, collaborative, and holistic. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and I’ll work alongside you to better understand what you’re experiencing and identify goals that feel meaningful to you. I draw from trauma-informed, strengths-based, and evidence-based approaches, while also incorporating somatic and mind-body techniques. I know that mental and physical health can be deeply connected, and I strive to create a space where all parts of your experience can be explored and understood. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel comfortable being yourself, feel genuinely heard, and don’t have to have everything figured out before you walk through the door.
