As a Licensed Counselor, I offer you the space to show up authentically and share your story. Talking coupled with personalized coping skills allow my clients to heal from their past, remain in the present, and have goals for their future. We are not meant to do life alone. It's okay to need some help along the way. Working together, I can support you to recognize that we may not know what life brings us, but we can have the tools to unlearn outdated cognitions and replace them with helpful, adaptive thinking which will aid you in living a life full of mental peace.
