Hi there! I have worked in mental health for quite a few years and spent the last 8 years working with the student population at the Univ of MN. I am now offering adult individual therapy through Transcend Psychotherapy,, a group practice in Minneapolis that specializes in serving the various LGBTQIA+ communities. I have a particular interest in working with multiracial/BIPOC folks around identity exploration, development, and pride. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, self esteem, and general self exploration in order to help you create better quality of life for yourself, as well as more satisfying connections and relationships.
