I help individuals learn effective strategies to manage difficult feelings, as well as develop greater insight into how they have been shaped by past experiences. I provide individual therapy to adults managing concerns with anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship struggles, women's issues, school difficulty, and trauma. I use both talk and expressive therapies. I view therapy as collaborative and provide a supportive space for you to develop curiosity about your beliefs, thoughts, and experiences. I practice non-judgmental listening, compassion, and authenticity during our work together. I look forward to meeting you.
