Cindy Bolter

Cindy Bolter employs a compassionate and caring approach to help individuals navigate the complexities of life and manage the overwhelming emotions that often accompany difficult transitions. As a Family Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 30 years of experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings, she partners with her patients to achieve their goals and promote improved mental and physical health. Cindy earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from San Francisco State University, followed by a Master of Science in Child and Family Psychiatric Nursing and Child and Family Nurse Practitioner credentials from the University of California, San Francisco. She also holds a Family Nurse Practitioner degree from the University of Massachusetts, Boston. Her clinical focus includes helping patients manage stress, work through grief, and address symptoms of anxiety or depression. When appropriate, she integrates psychiatric medication into the plan of care to support recovery and overall wellness. By focusing on patient-centered goals, she strives to strengthen each individual's hope and outlook on life.
