Christy Reeder
(She/Her/Hers)
Psychologist
I specialize in helping people heal from traumatic experiences, recover from depression and anxiety, and build healthy relationships.
I help people with histories of trauma improve their sense of wellbeing and relationships. Drawing from current findings in neuroscience, relationship research, and depth psychology, I teach people how to track and explore their mind and nervous system to enjoy a deeper sense of connection and authenticity with themselves and others. Interpersonal neurobiology, attachment theory, somatic experiencing, and internal family systems influence how I work with my clients.
