I am an African American therapist and my mission is to help women began their internal healing process.
My approach to therapy is different, yet life-changing. Therapy with Christy is transparent, liberating, uplifting, and hopeful. She meets her patients where they are by using a combination of treatment modalities called Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). You will collaboratively set goals and explore stressors that have kept you from reaching your goals.
