Christopher (Chris) Vrabel
(He/Him/His)
Psychologist
I help people stay organized and focused, cope with anxiety and/or depression, manage relationships, and adjust to the challenges of college life.
I am a licensed psychologist with over 10 years of experience. I specialize in attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, executive functioning, autism spectrum disorders, anxiety, depression, and life changes and adjustments. I believe that effective therapy is built on a strong relationship. This helps people feel safe to talk about important issues. My therapy style is a blend of techniques including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and social skills approaches. Ultimately, I want to find the what works best for each client. I offer in-person and virtual sessions.
